The entire property looks great and he was very meticulous in making sure the job was done completely to our satisfaction. It's not an easy job with multi-levels, lots of original wood trim and windows over 100 years old, porches, breezeway, carport, patios, pergolas, driveway, and over 200 ft of sidewalks etc. The sidewalks were practically black and look so much better! He has the proper equipment and paid extra attention to detail to softwash effectively without doing damage to the house or vegetation. More than fair on price as well. Adding to my concern was the fact that I had to return to Europe before he could start. The entire job took place in my absence with John communicating progress including pictures. Deck was returned to square and additional supports added. Excellent quality for a reasonable price."
