He checked the sewer clean out trap for us, and confirmed that the line appeared to be free of any clog. He said there would be No Charge since he didn't really have to do anything. This was unexpected, and a very nice surprise. Most plumbing companies want to charge you a fee just for driving to your home, and then add a minimum hourly rate on top of that. I've used All About Plumbing before, and they've provided excellent service every time. I highly recommend them."
