This afternoon my wife discovered water running from the bottom of the siding at the back of the house near the water faucet. We turned of he house water main and I called Tim Breault, speaking to Tammy in his office. I was originally told that they were unlikely to have anyone available until Monday, leaving us without water during that time. Tim called back shortly after my call telling me he had someone on the way. When Nelson arrived he quickly determined that the galvanized pipe nipple between the water line and the faucet. had a hole in it. He replaced the leaking pipe with a plug. Nelson or Tim will return to replace pipe nipple and faucet when I have replaced the insulation, sheathing and siding. I haven't had such a fast response from a busy plumber in the past. Thank you Tim and Nelson for getting our water running again so quickly. I can't recommend Tim Breault Plumbing enough!

The price was a little bit more than I was hoping it would be. We had a gas water heater go out and we weren't able to find a replacement, so we switched to electrical. Tim handled it all so we could get hot water again. The service took one day.

I called the office at 8:30 and, speaking with Tim. He advised me he could not arrive before late afternoon, but would call ahead. Tim and Phillip arrived after calling ahead as promised, quickly identified and corrected the problem, making sure I agreed the problem was fixed.

This was a great experience! Tim and his crew were easy to get in touch with, showed up when they say they would, did the work at the price I was quoted, and cleaned everything up. About two months ago, I noticed some water damaged near the sewer and water lines in my basement. After some back and forth with foundation/waterproofing professionals, we finally determined that the problem was a major crack in the sewer line. Initially, it looked like the repair would cost more than $1500 and involve digging up my landscaping in the front yard. Tim got creative and figured out a way to fix the pipe from iniside the house....saving me money and saving my shrubs!

Two man team showed up as expected, listened to work plan, confirmed their understanding of what was needed, and efficiently capped unused drain and water lines, installed and re-plumbed new shower control and head, and moved shower drain. New tile floor was not yet in place or was new vanity and top, so the toilet and sinks were not installed during the visit. Team cleaned up after they finished.

We have not had any problems with them. They are very prompt. They are very clean, courteous and cordial. They are very professional.

He was recommended to us by our contractor. We are having them finish out our walk our basement. They put in all of the basic plumbing for the shower, bathroom and kitchen. They are also doing a water heater and sump pump too. They still have too add in the fixtures and final touches.

My kitchen faucet rusted from the inside due to an internal leak. My wife and I tried to remove the faucet ourselves but it turned out to be more of a challenge than we anticipated. We decided to hire a professional to take care of it. We went with Breault Plumbing as we had used them once before and they did a good job. I called Mr. Breault and set up an appointment for the next day, he gave me an over the phone estimate on the price ($125). The owner and one of his employees showed up promptly the next morning. They completed the job of removing the old faucet and installing the new one quickly and professionally. They also fixed a water pressure issue that I have been dealing with since I bought this house a year ago. The cost was right on with the phone quote and I was very pleased with the professionalism and quality of work of Breault Plumbing.

They were great. It took them a little while but it wasn't their fault because they had to wait a little while for the parts to come in. When they got here they were very thorough. We did have a problem with the upstairs toilet leaking a little bit and they came right away the very next morning to address the problem. They even sent a thank you card afterwards appreciating our business.

The plumber had to make 4 trips to the house to repair a minor problem. The first guy was here about 5 minutes and wanted to charge me about $125. I objected, so he brought it down to $75. The problem was not fixed. The guy returned after I called them back, made a minor 10 min. adjustment, still the problem was no better. On the 4th and last trip, the owner came in and replaced a minor part (flapper). It should have been fixed properly the first time. They were responsive when I called back each time, but each visit required me to be at home during the day. I am not likely to use them again.

I was happy with them. They were prompt, courteous, and professional. However, they kept going back and forth to their van. Otherwise, they were okay. They gave me a discount. That was the first time I had used them way back last year. The only thing I didn’t like about them was the price. I should have got a quote from him the second time. I assumed that the price would be the same as the first time. However, it was much higher. I thought the nature of the work was the same. They told me that the price had increased because the leaky commode was on the second floor. I didn’t think it was fair. I spent $140 while I spent $90 the first time. I was disappointed with that. The work was fine and they were professional and punctual. They did the repair well. I didn’t have any problem with the work. I will use them again only after getting a quote.

The visit was very professional. They arrived shortly after expected and fixed the leak as quickly as was possible. They cleaned up behind themselves. I would use them again for service.

A leak in my bathtub was dripping into my living room. Tim and his assistant were able to diagnose it in just a few minutes and fix the leak without causing undo damage to my home.

I have used their serviced before. They are responsive, reliable and straight forward. Their prices are fairly reasonable and the quotes are right on. They call before they come out and if they are running late they call.

When they did show, they often didn't complete the job segment so that the next sub could start. Didn't show from delays at other jobs and would show without equipment needed. Some of the stub ins were too short. Hired someone else who concentrated on the job and got the job done.

I didn't not meet the actual owner of this company, I only met two of his employees. They were the ones who did the work. I did, however, speak to the owner by phone and he was a very kind gentleman. The workers who were here were very kind also. Everything seems to be going ok so far. I have not had any problems or anything. I am confident that I will hire them again if ever needed.

We have not had any problems with the bathroom since the job was done. They were professional, honest, and straightforward. They did a good job cleaning up and we were very satisfied with the job that was done. The price was included in the amount that we paid the general contractor.

Breault Plumbing put up a wash base in my bathroom and installed a water heater outside of my home. I do not know the size of the water heater. They also repaired some of the wiring in my bathroom.

The job performed by Breault Plumbing was superb. Everything is working perfectly. They were here as planned. The workers were easy to deal with. They were friendly and willing to answer our questions.

Breault Plumbing replaced our septic pump and they also discarded the old one. They also connected us to the city's water system; they ran a water line from the house to the street.

The plumber had to be recalled several times, once several mos after project was finished, because water was running down the outside of shower drain.....collar/caulk installed finally UPDATE: 5/2012 shower caulk came loose and water leaked under the tiles and now shower wall and floor of bath need to be ripped out and replaced
