"Felt rushed to approve the work and pay the balance. Discovered multiple issues later. Just inside the door there's a rock they missed, so now it's under the plastic, which will sooner or later puncture through. I asked for a better door than the one the first installed, but the second was also poorly made and didn't come close to sealing. Called/talked to someone about the issues, but afterward they stopped returning my calls. They also left lots of debris on the ground. The inspection didn't pass for multiple reasons. Waiting for them to come back and address the issues the inspector found."

Before starting the project I had a few more questions and he came back again the next day and answered all of them. Mr. Ramos' crew came on the morning he promised and worked throughout the day. The project took several days and when I found some issues with the job he came back and even pointed out one other problem I missed. They came back the next day and completed the job. I believe Mr. Ramos is an honest professional who works hard to please his customer. I would use his services again."

"It went completely horrible. Bill took doors off the hinges, did not reinstall them. Installed new flooring on top of old flooring, even leaving the transition pieces underneath the new flooring. Never reinstalled the molding around the base boards. He was either late or did not show at all. After being paid, he disappeared and has everyone blocked. He did not finish the work that was invoiced out by him. This guy is a complete con and took advantage of my mother. His excuse for not coming back was his wife has cancer and is sick. I have been calling him for over a month with all calls going directly to the voicemail. No response to text message. Even the address on his business card is incorrect. I was able to reach via Angi’s list, he played completed dumbfounded like he had no clue who my mother or myself was. Bill ended the call with “send me the address and I’ll put a bank check the mail" that was literally the communication my mother has from him via text message. I strongly recommend not using this guy and his services/business not be advertised on this site. We will be seeking legal actions on him to recoup the money or monies back from him and his business."
