Yes I checked and there was a mix up on the fabric ordered for your job. Our manufacturer sent us the incorrect material. There is not excuse in that we should have noticed the mistake before it was shipped to your job site. We certainly appreciate your willingness to work with us to solve this problem. Not communicating on our scheduled dates is a "no, no" for us and we need to correct that for sure. It is our policy to communicate schedules and schedule changes with our customers. We dropped the ball-no excuses. As far as the stairs go-as you know there was some confusion on the second set of stairs. No excuses offered with two exceptions: First we did move your job because we did make a mistake on marking the utilities and could not have our installers digging in unmarked areas. We certainly thank you for bringing that to our attention. The second one is Raul. He is one of our best installers and I am sure he was trying to help with your fence. I am not saying he did not have a bad day but he has been a wonderful installer with high quality and great customer service. Again, thanks for your feedback.
