Sebastian and his crew did an outstanding job of not only replacing the existing stucco on both but repairing one that had been badly damaged. Their work met the highest professional standards. The chimneys were painted to match the house, and they completely cleaned up the porch and yard where some debris had accumulated. They did the work on time and within the estimated cost. I recommend them without reservation."

They had to dig down into the foundation, fix the crack and apply waterproofing underneath my patio. "He is willing to take on any project and then some. My honest feeling is that his enthusiasm somewhat outpaces his expertise and experience. He is a diligent worker and stays with the project. His painting went well though speed seems to trump care and preparation (He painted over some unsanded spackle repairs). My main problem was that instead of the two painters that were advertised, it was him and what I believe was his girlfriend who was inexperienced and sometimes just watched him paint. It should have been advertised as one painter and a helper. The price though was very reasonable and the finished product was adequate. He is likable and I believe honest and trustworthy. I would use him again especially if it was a project that just needed to be knocked out."
