They also surprised me with there ability to clean my grout around my tile in the kitchen it has never been that clean, despite others having tried to clean it. The difference between them and other carpet cleaners is that they got the spots out and they stayed out. They did a great job, the product knowledge was outstanding as well as there knowledge of the type of carpet I had."
