"JES replaced some major beams under our house, installed some jacks, and installed a sump pump. This was certainly a major project, but thanks to Diandre Williams, Yasser Garcia, and Thomas Jackson from JES, there was no disruption or inconvenience to our family. They arrived on time, checked in with us, explained what was going on, and went right to work. They were professionals and kept their workplace (our driveway!) neat and clean during the entire process. After they were finished Yasser, Deandre, and Thomas spent some time with my wife and me explaining what they did and what we need to do should we have concerns in the future. They even had pictures of what was done and showed us the beams they removed. And after their truck pulled away, there was no indication that they had even been there, not even some sawdust; that was impressive."

"The tile work was using travertine natural stone with a lot of high end detail. The price shown was labor only I provided all of the materials as I wanted a higher quality of stone than could be purchased in the Outer Banks. Michael did an outstanding job. In fact my husband commented that he had never seen such perfect grouting on a listello before. He removed all of the old stuff and no damage to the house although there was a lot of tile dusts use to it being natural stone. My only issue was that the job took longer than either he or I anticipated. I wish I had given him a absolute need by finish date before starting. "Mike and Crystal were very professional from the first phone contact through the completion of the work. They showed up on time, their work was neat and they worked very efficiently. My windows were in pretty bad shape. They really took their time and prepped them very well which showed in the finished product. When asked to redo or touch up anything it was done without question. In the end we received a very good paint job on a timely basis and at a competitive price. I have already recommended Mike's Painting to others in my neighborhood and would use him again for future painting needs.

"Very happy with the level of service provided. Would have been 5stars across the board, the only negative is my house and back door had cement splashed from the pouring of the cement pad. Although they tried to clean it up, my house and door still has stains and unfortunately the glass door has scratches from the removal of the cement. The team that worked on my project was very good and professional. I would recommend this company, for sure. I would also recommend putting a protective tarp up before pouring the cement pad."

He has provided all the documentation the insurance company requested. Work started promptly after our acceptance of the estimates. The work was high quality. It included replacing hardi-board siding, painting, drywall, doors, windows, mold remediation and general carpentry . He provided the right craftsman for the job. The work was completed in a timely fashion."
