"They didn't clearly explain the cost, they told me it would be $50 to come out and remove a hornest nest and I could have an annual plan for $55 a month and if I don't want that plan I could cancel in 3 days. When I called them today to say that I dont want the annual plan, they told me that the cost for removing the hornest nest was $200, what I said to the lady you don't have to do this, If they said it they had told me that it was $200 from the very beginning, I could have called some other places and see if I could have gotten a better price. The guy that came out was excellent tho and completed the job, but they should be clear about the price. "

After cancellation was done the company billed for the 13th month even after cancellation and without service being provided. All calls go to Ogden Utah to people who insist no one in company is authorised to waive fees and that their supervisor does not accept calls. I feel sorry for local field workers to lose business but that is their model"
