"It went well.  Our house is old and I don't think it had ever had a new roof so they scraped off - you know how you can layer roofs - so they scraped off all of the layers and put down new liner, new shingles, and that sort. So then the next year - probably less than a year - there was a really violent storm and a tree branch, a really massive tree branch - broke off and pierced the roof, came through it.  So we called them up and they said well like we're totally booked, totally booked, but since we had been customers the year before, they actually sent out their crew for the repair on Thanksgiving.  I don't recall the cost; it was expensive.  We decided to go very high end, which was a choice.  It was great.  We've had no problems with the roof.  For price, they weren't the cheapest, so I'd give them a B.  I think sending out the crew for the repair on Thanksgiving was pretty stellar.  They were punctual and they cleaned up very well too, and they were professional."
