"John provided the samples, scheduled, and installed roof as scheduled. He also followed up on a couple of unforeseen issues without hesitation. He can improve by communicating quicker and having his crew be more thorough about nails left in yard and driveway. Also, existing gutter covers were reinstalled improperly and has been a pain attempting to reaffix them myself. Overall though, his work and commitment to the job seems good and he is a better value compared to others who gave estimates."

He put on seamless gutters as well as making sure everything was clean when his crew left. He also kept me up to date and informed of his progress with text messages and photos when everything was completed. I have already recommended his company to my family, friends, and co-workers if they ever need work done on their homes. These guys were professional, polite, and completed the job on time and on budget. I needed the exterior of my home completed in 2 weeks and Above and Beyond made that happen well before my new tenants moved in. My range now works better than it did when new, but I have a feeling that even if I have continuing problems with it, American Home Shield will just repair rather than replace due to the cost of the range. By the way, I'm not exactly sure of the date of the repair."
