"This was a non-emergency plumbing issue and the second time we have called on Ty to help us.. Even tho' it wasn't a serious problem, when I called Ty, he came out right away. This was especially helpful to us as we were scheduled to have the carpets cleaned the next morning and would have had to delay the plumbing repair for several days if he couldn't fix it right away.
Ty had all the parts needed with him and he replaced all the stuff that needed replaced in the toilet. He even found and fixed another problem we didn't even know we had.

"Fine, despite "Murphy's" best attempt to cause havoc. The front door frame needed to be repaired as well when the threshold and new front door were installed because the spot for the lock was not secure. The guys made sure everything was safe and in good working order. The windows were special order because they had to be inserted into stonework. The company that made the windows did not make them the size specified on the order form. That meant it took longer to find a way to get them to fit into the walls, but the guys cheerfully worked out a way without us needing to wait for new windows to be produced. Our tenants have been very pleased with the improvements. We are also pleased that Handyman Xpress was able to get them installed before the new tenants needed to move in. Made the process much easier for all of us."

"Grant and his crew did a wonderful job. I was so stressed because after telling the people at pods the contents of my house they assured me a 16’ pod would be sufficient. On moving day I needed 2 pods. The second pod was not available. Budget Pro Movers took over and told me not to worry they would take care of everything and they did. "Excellent work. Replaced storm door on the same day the job was requested. Very competent and made sure everything met my satisfaction. A sl8ght problem with the lower door seal came up the next morning. Called them and Jarad said they fully guaranteed their work and they would be out on Monday (called on Saturday morning)morning to correct the problem. Had some problems with the credit care payment going through the processor, but Jarad was extremely patient and cooperative in fixing the problem. "The people were pleasant and easy to work with. The first workman could not find the major blockage but cleaned out roots. Since the line seemed to go onto a neighbor's yard which would necessitate getting permission to dig, he called his boss to investigate and come up with another plan. They communicated with my daughter at work over the phone. Eventually, they found the source of the blockage, baby wipes, close to the manhole which was still in my daughter's yard and not the neighbor's. They cleaned out the blockage and charged close to $500. They recommended two clean out valves be installed at the cost of another $400 approximately. This has not been done so far."
