When our grab bar was inadvertently omitted, the ordered one and came to install it at our earliest convenience. They also replaced a transition piece that had not been cut properly. "The only issue I had was that only one person was assigned to do the project . He started the project the day scheduled, but could not come the next day. So one day no work was done. He did have another person come for about three hours to help him one day. I love the results of my finished bathroom, but I think having only one person assigned to complete the bathroom, put a lot of pressure on him. Through all of this he did a very professional job."
