"Just wanted to give a shout out to Oscar's Tree Service. Excellent customer service. They came for a free estimate within 24 hours, they began the work within 3 days. Their customer service representative called me the morning of the work day to confirm what time they expected to arrive and she called me again to tell me they were on their way. She was easy to reach when I had questions, very professional and friendly. We had a tree removed, and several large trees trimmed down. The work men were polite and professional. They got straight to work, checked with me that all was as I wanted and then cleaned up to perfection. Rates were reasonable also. I got a call afterwards asking if all was to my satisfaction. I would give them 6 stars if it was possible."

Trimmed all the damaged trees. Hauled away all excess wood. Was able to mulch limbs back into our woods. They were able to spread the wood chips back into our natural areas. "Tough call. JP lawn care is friendly and hard working. However my experience with them was disappointing. I hired them to clean up my yard pre-sale. We walked through what plants should stay. Jarrett did a great job of clearing the weeds and mulching. But he also removed the exact established plants I want to keep. That mistake diminished my curb appeal, which will impact sales price. He was open to adjusting the price and apologetic but that doesn?t change the lost ? value."
