"We got off to a bit of a rough start; communication was likely a significant factor. When I emailed this company, he (Antonio) quickly responded with 'I'll be at your house tomorrow', which I appreciated but I hadn't spoken with him about what work I needed them to do. I work all day, and so I needed to work mostly via email and text, although I did have a friend come over to the house that day so that at least someone would be home. My friend called me in a bit of a panic, saying that they were 'cutting too much'. I spoke with Antonio on the phone, but I was not able to really convey what I did or did not want him to do. I then had to use my lunch hour to drive home to meet with him personally. Once I was able to meet him in person and walk around the property to point out things, it all went well. Ultimately, I felt they cut a bit too much, but it's not bad (it grew on me). Overall, they really did a nice job for a good price, but I was a bit concerned with the initial communication. If you are able to meet him in person, I think you may be pleased with the company and their work."
