"My husband and I came home from visiting family over the holidays to a busted pipe in our basement. It was the main water line coming into the house. There was a river coming out of our garage and 3 inches of water in our basement. Not exactly what you want to come home to from being on the road for 10 days. Next day I called Pro-Worker and someone was sent right away to assess the damage. Steve was great and within 20 minutes I had a reasonable quote. Next day Steve came back with an excavator to dig up and fix the pipe. Leading up to Steve's arrival, I was kept in the loop of the estimated time of arrival. We had called other commercial names in town. One gave us a quote 4 times greater. Told us it would take half a day and a crew of men to complete. A couple of others told us they couldn't get to us until the end of the week, even though we told them we had absolutely no running water. Pro Worker/Steve came with one other guy and was done in just a couple of hours. As you can tell by the length of this post, I can't say enough great things about Pro Worker. We would definitely use them again and suggest them to anyone!"

Our older home had an old electric boiler tank in the corner of the kitchen and I thought the tankless might go there...but Peter walked through and suggested a more efficient and cost-saving way to install at a different location. The home needed a lot of work to bring it up to code, but that was no issue. The gas inspector had good things to say about the exceptional work and passed immediately. It was a pleasure to work with someone who could take care of all the issues from start to finish... offer useful suggestions about placement of the heater, handle all the gas and plumbing issues, and do a clean & professional installation. We love our tankless water heater! We set it at 140 degrees and have HOT water without worrying about who else might be taking a shower."
