Builder had mudded it, but that was it. Now it looks awesome and walls protected against moisture which could cause big problems down the road. He also installed four ceiling fans, took off a water closet door and put together two LED fireplace TV stands and a kitchen island and did a great job with those too. I'm having him back to install a garbage disposal, change out my builder grade dishwasher and build a ramp for my storage building. Very transparent on his fees and does excellent work. "Delivery was delayed due to credit inquiry. After the concern was raised, shipment was rushed to us. Self installation didn't go as easy. Issue was resolved over the phone. The glass break sensor was a bit sensitive to loud noise such as cabinet door closing and door sensor repeatedly falls off and had to be reattached. Notification of alarm activation was fast and made to the right contact numbers. This prevented false alarm calls to the police."
