However, that wasn't done - they didn't do that. As it turns out, my gutters weren't that old and they seemed to be working fine- it is not like there is a problem. They came out to test the gutters but didn't run any water and I never saw them with any caulking and so they didn't comply with that promise part of the service. It had been raining and gutters seem to be flowing fine and the guards are in place."
