"The house has a limited amount of guttering so it wasn't an expensive job although another company wanted to charge us $1900- which is a big saving. It went well. I liked the person that talked to us and the guys that did the work got here on time and called us to give us a heads up when they were coming. They were late but called to warn us that they were running over time at their previous job but did it on the day they said they would. The sales pitch from both companies was that they would completely clean and refill all the gutters - make sure that there were no leaks and make sure that the attachments to the floor were running properly. However, that wasn't done - they didn't do that. As it turns out, my gutters weren't that old and they seemed to be working fine- it is not like there is a problem. They came out to test the gutters but didn't run any water and I never saw them with any caulking and so they didn't comply with that promise part of the service. It had been raining and gutters seem to be flowing fine and the guards are in place."

"Everything went great. They were very responsive to my initial call. Got an estimate within a few days. Gary initially said that due to work backlog it would take about 4 weeks to get to our job. However, we got back from a day trip out of town only a couple of weeks later to find that they had been there and the gutter had been replaced. It matches the existing gutters perfectly - you would never know that it had been replaced. Very reasonable price for the work and very nice folks to work with."

From beginning to end all went great. Mr. Logue and the entire crew were very professional and took the time it takes to do the job right. Earlier in the year we made a very bad choice in who to hire for our new Decra roof, and all was wrong with it. But NOW, thanks to David Logue and his team our Decra roof looks great and is working just like it should be. The job took approx. 2 weeks, as they had so much more work, due to the false installation from the first installer. Wonderful clean up, follow up, communication between Metal Works and the home owner. All paperwork in order, Donna from the office doesn't forget anything :-). Wonderful, caring people, that will keep their word and promises, there for you, EVEN AFTER THE SALE. "I really appreciated the work The Remodeling Company did for us. We had a lot of items we requested their work for -A new guard rail on the front porch -A new front door frame and new front door with sidelites. -A repair to the side door frame -A new gutter to replace one damaged in a storm Unfortunately, due to supply chain issues, the new front door frame and front door were unavailable. They offered us three options: drop the front door and frame part of the contract, build the repairs for the front door frame on site and the job price would be lowered as compensation, or cancel the contract in its entirety. We opted to go with the second option and have the frame repair built on site. They did an amazing job with each part and we are glad we stuck with them to finalize these projects we had been hoping to get done for some time. They have wonderful customer service and are very responsive if you reach out for updates as well as taking the initiative to update you. Thank you!"
