"I would highly recommend this business. We had them come and restain the deck and at first just powerwash the house. They scheduled the work right away. After doing the pressure washing, there were some areas with paint chips under the soffit. Mike offered to repaint those for free. During this, they noticed areas of the soffit that were rotten, so we had them repair those areas of the wood. They also fixed a few screens that were damaged during the pressure washing for free.
Everything turned out great, and we are very happy we had this work done. Mike and Crystal are very professional and easy to work with. I will be having them do some more work on our house in the near future.

"Paint Unlimited LLC recently primed and painted ceiling and walls in one of our bathrooms. They were very professional and took great care to make sure no damage was done along the way, and in fact made minor repairs as they went that I was unaware of. The finished result is complete and beautiful. I highly recommend this company and will be hiring them again in the very near future."

"Needed a roof repair due to a leaking vent. Our normal roofing company wanted $1200 to replace one vent. Murcia's promptly responded to our request for help, examined the roof and noted all 4 vents were failing (our home is 30 years old). They then promptly replaced all 4 vents, fixed the wood underneath, painted, reshingled and cleaned up all for less the the other (nameless) company wanted to charge for one vent! And best of all: after 2 inches of rain yesterday, no leaks!"
