"Chip contacted me within hours of receiving my inquiry and provided me with a very competitive estimate. Chip brought his co-worker Dennis to our home a few days later, which just happened to be New Year's Day, and completed our carpet stretching project in a matter of hours. Chip took the time to explain what was happening with our carpet and walked me through how he was going to fix it. When the job was complete, he and Dennis had everything cleaned up and looking AMAZING. I am so incredibly happy with his work, and will hire him again for any future project.
