"Miguel was GREAT! EXCELLENT customer service. Was here early, I wasn't-only by 2 mins. There were packages by the front door and he helped me get them inside. Then he started his magic. The carpets hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. After he finished, I was amazed because they looked like new carpets! My family coming in even raved over them! Thank you, Miguel!"

"The guy was really nice and on time. He was knowledgeable of the carpet issues we had. I just didn't like the style of cleaning. I now love the dry cleaning of my carpet and they don't give that service."

"They got most of the stains out of the carpet, but left a lot of fuzzballs that I later had to vacuum. He said that this was due to the type of carpeting in the house, but I was disappointed to have to put in so much work after paying to have it done."
