Two guys came out, unclogged the toilet drain line, tightened the bolts to sink bracket, repaired toilet handle and installed a new toilet seat. The workers were very polite and professional. They cleaned their mess when finished. In fact the bathroom looked better when they finished than when they started. I was very pleased with their work. I will gladly use their services again "

Recaulk your toilet at least every five years. If you feel like your toilet is getting wobbly before that, it still might be time for a new caulking.
