Awesome! I met Rafael the day after Thanksgiving in 2022. He replaced a toilet at my mom’s house. I told him I had rental properties and I may give him a try. One thing I can stand by is Rafael is responsive, on time and does what he say’s. He is definitely not the type you have to chase down from not completing a job or when is he coming. I’m a hr away from my properties and never have to go there he takes pictures before and after and everyone is happy including myself. Rafael is definitely a 5 star! I refer him anytime to anyone.
