"The absolute worst !!! My mother has cancer and this man took 800 plus for a service not done !!! We reached out to him the first time and told him something was not right and he bs about coming back ! He then finally came back after begging my mom to delete her review first talking about protecting his name and ?.. here we are again with the same thing! Not fixed ! Last time he came he left our house a mess !!!!!!!! Dirt ? everywhere! The town of Warsaw asked did he go under the house and neither time did! He used an electric snake for a temporary fix !!!!!! "This is a response to a review that I did a couple of months ago. Even though I was upset with the service that I got from one of the text who I would call vindictive I wanted to the office that next morning, and I asked for a manager, and I got Mr. Curtis, and Mr. Curtis told me that he would come out to the house and he would bring a check with him and his name was Travis. And when I tell you that Mr. Curtis made me feel like he was a superman like he could just change everything and he , as a manager went up underneath my house to check and see if there was anything wrong the unit to see if there was anything wrong in it Iâ ll say Travis and also the inside of the house. And again I say, Mr. Curtis, Iâ ll give you a 10 for everything that you did , you change my mind about the way I felt about the service tech at Blantons and sometimes it takes just one to renew your faith and a thing even though my faith is in God but faith and people and I thank you for everything that you did Blantons truly has a jewel and Mr. Curtis and Travis too because heâ s good in his right But I think you not to say that I donâ t have a problem with the unit, but Iâ m satisfied. And thatâ s what Blantons says that theyâ ll do. Theyâ ll satisfy the customer again. I think you, Mr. Curtis you have my vote you Mr. Curtis did right by me thank you so much."

Conducted a thorough inspection and proposed a multistage plan to repair my crawlspace. I was especially happy that an engineering firm prepared final inspection and drawings for the county permit process. John, Austin, Taylor, and Chris worked very hard for three days, even in the rain and cold. Great company and people."
