Carolina Home and Garden, located in Cape Carteret, was established in 1999 by Brian and Stephanie Watson as a small locally owned garden nursery. They're location is beautiful and I love their shrubs. But when I shop there I am in my own. No offers of help etc. one time I even had to bother worker on break."
