This company is great. The owner Jesse is honest, reliable, very very knowledgeable and reasonable with pricing. My older home needed an experienced electrician. They fixed everything beyond my expectations. The electrical panel was a disaster. Jesse straightened it out and spaced them and then put labels on all the breakers which were not labeled so I could tell what breakers went where. The doorbell needed rewiring. Another company said they would have to go through the living room (plaster of paris) wall from the chime box to the doorbell. Jesse and Eddie went from the basement and up the door frame encasement and It looks untouched. Jesse converted a light in the garage so that I will never need to call an electrician to change the ballast ever again. Jesse is a professional and will stop at nothing to take care of his customers. Nick in the office is helpful, courteous and always answers the phone . Jesse has so many 5 stars and I see why. He is going to make it to the top with his drive to run a good business. He is at the top as far as Ià à ¢à à m concerned and many others. Had outlets for appliances in garage installed . They left a hole under panel in dry wall. Two vanity lights were missing parts and had defective parts. Wish they had checked the lights before they hung them. They took them down and I have to pay again to have new lights hung. They were nice but nowI have to pay someone to repair drywall.

I called Gianni Electrical Services to obtain a second opinion on a ceiling fan that was installed by another electrical company (Company A, I will call them). Company A told me that the brand new Hunter fan that I bought (direct from Hunter) was bad-they said something was wrong with the fan. While they were still at my house, I called Hunter fans and the techs still couldnâ t figure out why the fan wasnâ t working. After charging me by the hour, they handed me a bill for $385. Upon receiving the new fan from Hunter, I wanted a second opinion and I called Gianni Electrical. Understanding my dilemma and doubt I had of the other companyâ s services being completed accurately the first time, I explained everything to Gianni Electrical and they were quick to get me on their schedule-next day service-impressive! Eric, the technician, arrived on time! He was was very professional and thorough. He listened to my concerns and was very patient with me asking A LOT of questions. â ºï¸ Eric took his time in troubleshooting the issue and was quick to deliver me good news! Company A had wired everything wrong in the ceiling not to mention my light switches in my house that supply power to the fan. Eric saved the day and took a ton of worry off of me. Thank you so much, Eric!! Being a homeowner, it is hard to find a good trade to provide quality service these days. I am very blessed to have found Gianni Electrical Services! They are my go-to electricians from here on out! Itâ s impressive that it took one technician from Gianni Electrical to solve a problem that two previous technicians caused.
