Matt & Steve were the most professional team we have ever dealt with. If they were running behind, they called us to let us know. They draped the floor of our home with drop cloths and kept any dirt and dust to a minimum. At the end of each day, they swept and vacuumed the area they were working in and cleaned the outside work area. The placement of the window was harrowing, however, they handled it like the pros they are. The window quality itself turned out to be a much more exceptional value and quality than we anticipated. The finish work was exceptional. The window (a large bay) looks like a natural part of our home, from the trim work to the beautiful shingles added to the outside. He went over to reevaluate how the project could be done to accommodate what we needed. With every change or need between us or them, communication was done. At no time did I feel like I couldnâ t text him and say that something came up. They were punctual, and completed the work in the timeframe that they told us . They cleaned up the whole area, explained everything that they were doing while they were working on the project (including when they were going to lunch) & never made me feel as if I was intruding if I asked questions. We are very happy with the work that they did for us because it was for a family member. The final result was amazing. Will call again for other projects."
