"Jim is local.  It went great. Jim Ferrell is a professional of the highest caliber. Responded quickly, took care of my problems, and advised me as to better means of protection than I had. He came back a second time to uninstall software that I purchased that did not provide adequate protections and installed free software that would do the job.  He did the work through remote connection, but is available on site if necessary.
For those people needing help on getting red of malware, viruses , etc. on your computer,  Jim is local, better than all thse remote out of state location providers, is a mature, highly trained professional in this area.
If you go to local computer stores you get very young people that can do a basic job, but are no where near the professional level of Jim.

Chip gave me a website for remote assistance. It was easy to use. He examined the wireless connectiions available and recommended the one he thought would work best. The other ones were deleted except for a back up. He explained the connection between the router (hand shake with the wifi) and the tv. After two attempts, the connection was made and has been working flawlessly since. Chip removed some previous names used by other techs for the printer. The printer was renamed, a connection was established. He gave me advice on what to do in the future, if problems developed. I could also call him which I would do without hesitation. Chip was professional and knowledgeable in all aspects. I highly recommend him!

"Vendor arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and said I needed a new ceiling fan. He called Choice, We waited approximately 10 minutes for a call back and an approval to replace the ceiling fan. He went out the truck and brought in a new fan and mounted it. I did have the option of going out to buy a specific make and model vs their replacement one and then he would mount it if I desired. Great service, I am glad I switched to Choice when my last warranty came up for renewal."

"I use a computer to record my voiceover work, so when my computer's down, I'm out of business. Late one Friday afternoon, my computer gave me a hard drive disk read error. This usually means the hard drive has gone bad and needs to be replaced, which would have meant I'd be dead in the water until it was fixed sometime in the next week. I thought about taking it in to a local shop, but saw All American's ad on Angie's list and gave him a call. Bob was able to fix my computer remotely! It took about 24 hours to get it all done, but by Saturday I was up and running and the computer was performing better than it had in years. Bob found thousands of malware programs on my computer, despite my having an Avira anti-virus program. He removed the useless program and installed a new one that found all the problems. He also was able to save all the files in the bad sectors of the disk, and quarantined them so they wouldn't be used again. As part of his general cleaning and tune up process, Bob clears all the junk out of your computer. If you hire him to do this, be sure to tell him to save your cookies. I didn't, and now I have to re-enter the user names and passwords for all the websites I go to. This is a minor inconvenience, however, especially compared to the $99 price I paid and the outstanding results. I got a dead computer fixed in 24 hours! Highly recommended."
