We come look at your project then provide you with a detailed estimate on what your project will entail. We will ask for a portion of the estimate up front, usually 50%. Then we begin the project. Depending on the size, we will bill every week a portion of the remaining balance until completion. Sometimes there are surprises we can't account for. Communication is always key. We will stop construction and re-calculate the estimate, agree in writing on the solution, and continue. We are selective in the sub-contractors we hire and require them to be drug free and skilled in their trade. Our crews include siders, roofers, gutter installers, sheet rockers, window and door installers. Our full time employees are managed by a PEO Professional Employer Organization which trains them in the safe operation of equipment, fall protection, CPR and general job site safety.
