It has been almost a year now and the roof has held up great with no issues or problems. The owner’s at America’s Choice were very fair in negotiating a discounted price on the roof because of the mistake in shingle color. I am pretty excessive compulsive when it comes to quality when paying for services and was probably a challenge for them. I must say in looking back that they were professional in handling the issues fairly and I genuinely liked them. I originally rated this job a C but would now rate it a B to B+

I really like the owners. They were pleasant to deal with, even when we had problems. We did have some problems with the windows. They ordered windows that wouldn't work. It took a long time to get the right windows, and they had to eat the first windows. They weren't what they should have been. Everything else went smoothly, other than the windows.

I like the people. They are nice. The attention to detail is not too good. On that job they put the wrong colored shingles. They were going to correct it. They didn't get it to the employees on time. They would have to tear the whole roof off. I told them to keep the roof on, and I just took money off of it. They have to have a little greater to detail. Like colors. On that job it was colors. Better communication with the customer and their employees. I really like the people. they are really cordial. I just don't know the mistakes they would make.

it took weeks and weeks to get the work done,, sometime workers never showed up for days at a time , sometimes one or two would show up late in the afternoon and work a couple hours and have to quit because of darkness,
lots of screws and metal bits and pieces were left all around the house.
after numerous attempts to contact Americas choice to obtain their regional person, Sandi Nace , contact information with no response i decided to post this to Angie's List and now i will need to see an attorney. NEVER AGAIN !!

The contract was signed on October 17th. Two crew came out on November 18th to measure the roof. Roofers showed up on November 25th, was a seven man crew. On November 27th, two roofers showed up about 1:00 p.m. Two men showed up for a couple hours on the 29th of November and did 2 hours of work. December 2nd , two roofers showed up, dropped off some material and left. December 16, two roofers more or less finished, did not do any clean up and left lots of metal that was not used, but I had to pay for.

"Unfortunately weather did factor into finishing the job. We do apologize for any inconvenience that this caused. As for the clean up not being completed that is is a major emphasis with our company and unacceptable that is was not done to the homeowners satisfaction."

Great Service! This is a family run business and they go out of their way to treat you like part of their family. They were very through in all the roofing offerings and explained each. Offered various suggestions and current discount options to meet our needs and save us some money. Roofing in Great Falls can be spotty at times with the wind and the crew won’t work in unsafe conditions, however it took less than a week total to complete the project even with several days of high winds. The crew was professional and courteous. They could answer any technical questions and when asked about anything involving estimated costs always referred the question to the owner, which is the right thing to do. We are very pleased with the quality of the roof and the service provided. At the end of the project when an upgrade became available from the manufacture, they found a way to include that free of charge, which went beyond what was required in our contract. America’s Choice exceeded our expectations and I would use then again.
