"Jim was very helpful and personable to work with.  I had recently moved to the Huntsville area and was unable to connect my wireless printer.   There were also some things going on with my laptop that made me suspect a virus had somehow gotten on to it, it was running more slowly than usual, and I wasn't happy with the Win7 configuration I had done when I bought the computer.  Jim came in and assessed the problems and we agreed on a time for him to take the laptop and reinstall the OS.  He was able to get the wireless connection to work as well.  He took the computer on a Friday evening and returned it Sunday evening in prime condition. 
A few weeks later I  got an error message while reinstalling my accounting software so I called Jim.  He talked me through the problem over the phone and I was able to get the program installed so I could use the program.

We paid extra because we have a couple more windows and doors than their general that they cover so we had to purchase a couple of extras. They were very helpful about setting it up very easily. "When putting in the request for the plumbing issue, it was immediately responded by the CHW (Choice Home Warranty) Rep via phone, text and email with the appointment and company (IGD Plumbing) that will be providing the services. The window time for my appointment was convenient, as IGD Plumbing was able to contact me when the Tech was 30 minutes away. IGD Plumbing sent me a text with the tech's picture so that I would know who I will be expecting early the day of the appointment. The Tech arrived on schedule, promptly went to the plumbing issue and was immediately able to make an assessment of the issue. The hose had a pin hole leak and he was able to replace it and be on his way."
