"Mountain top Enterprises got back to me very timely. They were on time, go getters that got the job done. There were some alterations ,upgrades that needed done and they troubleshooted it perfect. They fixed the well leak, added a pressure valve and even helped get my sprinkler system on. Hats off to them. It was a little more expensive than the quote but well worth it."

Awnings questions, answered by experts

Yes, you can replace just the fabric on an awning without having to replace the entire awning frame and hardware. This process will take a professional about one to two hours. If you want to DIY, it could take longer, especially for large or retractable awnings. Replacing the fabric on an awning can improve the look of your home and help naturally cool your interior and exterior spaces.

A retractable awning won’t necessarily increase your home’s value very much, but it can offer a boost of aesthetic appeal to potential buyers. In the long-term, however, a well-placed awning will save you money on cooling and protect your deck and outdoor furniture from sun exposure during the hot summer season.

Yes, you can convert a fabric awning to a metal one. You just need to swap the fabric for metal panels, which are more durable and weather-resistant. However, the support frame will probably need reinforcement to handle the added weight. You should consult a pro to address any structural concerns.

Yes, most awnings include warranties for materials and installation. Confirm terms before purchasing.

Metal awnings are durable, low-maintenance, and provide shade and weather protection.
