"Brendan scheduled to meet with my wife and I at 1:00pm to discuss a painting project to the outside of our home. We spoke on the phone and made the arrangements for the following day. Brendan didn't show up at 1pm and I waited until 2:30pm until I called him. No answer. He did return my call at about 3:15pm and apologized and asked to reschedule, my wife and I understand that sometimes things come up so agreed on 11am for the following morning. I was going to call him when it reached 1pm, however my wife found somebody from our son-in-laws business that does residential painting. We saw all of the positive reviews for diamond ridge and wish we could've received the attention and workmanship that the other people did, maybe work on your communication skills because ignoring appointments or neglecting to follow up after rescheduling is completely irresponsible and poor business ethic. Thank you Angie's list for helping fill our roof replacement and look forward to future services through you, as long as they show up!"
