Roofing was to be white in color too. He didn't construct the addition right, wrong color on the roof, it leaked between the two roofs, they crushed the cover for the attic cooling fan, and did not replace the fence they took down. On top of that he keep coming over to work on our house after working all day sheet rocking another place. He also said my wife and daughter were staring at me; they were watching the boys work. He ordered extra material, then returned it and would not give back any extra money for the job. they whole building should have been completed, wired,sheet-rocked, and painted for the price he stuck us with. They didn't even have shims. The job was to install windows and fix leaking roof. They didn't cover the hard wood floor with anything and spilled the expanding foam on the floor and on the chair. Put a hole in the wood floor when they dropped a window. They used my card table and chairs for a work bench, the didn't clean up after themselves. They used my saw without my permission. When the job was done they took my saw and extension cord. I had to tell them to bring them back and they did. They wouldn't show up when they said they would so it was inconvenient to have to have someone home to keep an eye on them. Of the seven windows they installed one didn't fit so they had to order another one so it took longer than we wanted. They started the beginning of December and put the last window in yesterday, 1/28/14. There also was French door they ordered and installed but it came in with a little damage but told them we would deal with it. He did give me a $375.00 discount to repair all the damage they caused ourselves and to clean up the mess they left so we could get them out of the house. They said they repaired the leak in the roof but a few days later, it still leaked. They told me they found that is was a bigger job then they thought and would be another $1500.00 to fix. I didn't have them come back! He is punctual and responsive and always fair with price. Unfortunately, some furniture was damaged during this most recent move. I am not sure he has appropriate insurance to cover that type of thing, as he hasn't been in touch with me to correct the issue. However, I would probably call him again, if he agreed to offer me a credit for the repair costs. I really like him. Prior to the furniture damage and his failure to address it, I'd have given him all A's. He's a great guy, offers very fair rates, will do almost anything and shows up when he says he'll be there. The workers were punctual and polite. My only problem was that I had asked them to cover the heat and cold air return vents when sanding and this was not done. The price was right, however, the workers weren't professional when on our property. We had items broken, nails and staples are still being found in our yard 5 years later, they were smoking while on the roof and throwing cigarette butts in our yard. The roof looked nice when they were done and they did replace the patio table they broke but after they were long gone we found another bench broken and pictures INSIDE the house were knocked off the walls and broken. We have had the company back at least 3 times in the past 5 years when shingles have come off and come loose. Each time someone came back to fix what the issue was at the time but all in all we are very displeased. We would not have this company come back to work on our home again. Patio Cover Service reviews from real Angi homeowners in Malmstrom A F B, MT
This is the second time I have hired Lee and his crew, he never disappoints, if it wasn't for the fresh paint smell and the cleanliness of the house you would have never known they were there. Very few contractors leave it better than they find it, but Lee's crew does. I hired them to paint...

Great people to work with. It took a while to get the material for the patio cover but that was because it came out California and was a special order. Once the material was here Greg had his people here, and they tore the old patio cover off and had the new one up in 2 day's. Very...

Fence painted but when the gate is open, ends not painted. Four windows in one block under the patio and two outside of patio did not have the ends of the windows painted. Called to verify the paint left here was exterior paint as the can was marked "Int" on the top of the can. Talked to Greg...

FAQs for patio cover service projects in Malmstrom A F B, MT
While the terms deck and porch are often used interchangeably, they are two distinct home features. Porches offer a roof that protects from the elements when coming and going from the house. Generally, porches are on the front of your home. On the other hand, decks are generally built in the backyard of a home and offer no roof or protection from the elements, like rain or snow. Porches typically require less maintenance and upkeep thanks to the roof, but both features require regular cleaning and repairs to maintain good condition.
The cost of an awning is $1,400 to $4,400 on average. However, this cost could be as low as $100 or as high as $7,500, depending on a few factors. The type of awning you choose, the size you need, and your location all affect your overall cost.
For example, portable awnings you can put up and take down yourself range from $100 to $400, whereas motorized awnings are more luxurious and cost between $2,000 and $3,500.
The cost to build a deck is $8,025 on average. However, this cost can range anywhere from $1,500 to $22,000, depending on multiple factors, such as size, materials, and deck type. You can expect to pay $30 to $60 per square foot when building a new deck.
Cedar decks are often the most cost-effective option, ranging from $4 to $9per square foot for materials. However, pressure-treated decking, which is resistant to rot, is more expensive, ranging from $15 to $25 per square foot for materials.
Awnings are either fixed or retractable and can be paired with a variety of cover materials. Fixed awnings are a permanent outdoor feature of a building. These are highly durable and require ongoing maintenance. Once installed, the position of this awning cannot be changed.
Retractable awnings are more popular than fixed awnings since the cover can open and close. This allows homeowners to open and close the awning, depending on the weather. When not in use, it can be closed to allow for extra space.
Besides the type of awning, you’ll need to choose the type of cover. Your awning installation professional will review your options with you, including availability and costs. The types of covers you can choose from include:
Wood, which is durable but can be damaged easily by rainwater and fire
Cotton offers flexibility, weatherproofing, and easy cleaning
Canvas is highly durable and is a good choice for retractable awnings
Metal is sturdy but is prone to rust
Polyester is easy to clean and is a more breathable option
Polycarbonate is highly resistant to UV rays and is difficult to damage
