We had a addition put on our house, on the second floor, and replace the roof with eves covered in white material. Roofing was to be white in color too. He didn't construct the addition right, wrong color on the roof, it leaked between the two roofs, they crushed the cover for the attic cooling fan, and did not replace the fence they took down. On top of that he keep coming over to work on our house after working all day sheet rocking another place. He also said my wife and daughter were staring at me; they were watching the boys work. He ordered extra material, then returned it and would not give back any extra money for the job. they whole building should have been completed, wired,sheet-rocked, and painted for the price he stuck us with. Also he ordered from his own account and would not give us a material list.
