Fence painted but when the gate is open, ends not painted. Four windows in one block under the patio and two outside of patio did not have the ends of the windows painted. Called to verify the paint left here was exterior paint as the can was marked "Int" on the top of the can. Talked to Greg Kinder, saying the ends hadn't been painted and I wanted to verify the can I had was one they put exterior paint in before using. He said it was but no mention or offer of coming over and finishing the job was made by him.

Day 1 “Friday” I arrived home to find my trash cans in the
middle of the driveway, electric outlet cover plates removed and on the ground
and gutter downspouts removed with no workers on site. I was annoyed I had to
replace my trashcans and hook my downspouts back up in case of rain over the
weekend. There were paint chips and peelings all over the entryway to the
house, in the bushes and grass from their prep work for painting, I had to
sweep the walkway to keep from tracking it into the house
Day 2 “Monday” I come home to the same trashcans in the
driveway, paint chips and peelings on the entryway, no obvious cleanup what so
ever. Again I had to return the trashcans to their places so I could park and
sweep the entryway
Day 3 “Tuesday” I
come home to all the same thing and all their equipment is gone like they are
complete? I do a walk around and find areas that were just missed “not painted”
and multiple spots where there was over spray on the new metal roofs, not to mention
the paint chips and peelings everywhere. I also found a painted handprint on
the door knob of my outbuilding? I called the owner and inquired if they were done
since all their equipment was gone? He asked why, so I listed the areas missed,
the overspray and total lack of cleanup and his reply on the chips was “what do
you want me to do about it, it will go away with time”. I asked why there was a handprint on the
doorknob of the outbuilding when they were painting the exterior of the
building, his reply was “it was unlocked so I figured you left it open for me
to use”
