"Upon arrival, we showed Jim the room where we had a terrible odor. He went into the basement area to check for any leaks. Next he identified the toilet as the culprit. The toilet had not been installed properly and a piece below the toilet was cracked not allowing the correct seal. Before fixing anything, we were shown the problem, told what the cost would be, and then after getting the go-ahead, he fixed the problem. It is great to be able to leave that door open! While he was looking for leaks in the basement area, Jim mentioned that the pipes had been located in areas that they should not be. He measured and gave us an estimate on relocating the pipes, which we will have done within the next two weeks. "Chayse came around the first time and wasn't able to solve the problem because he didn't have the proper equipment. The second time he came and was able to get 2/3 of the job done. I asked him to also help me install the faucet but he wasn't able to do it because he said the parts didn't fit. Apparently he did not have experience installing widespread 2-Handle faucet. I ended up installing it myself without having to go to home depot buying any extra part."
