"Kevin was very thorough when he came to do a walk-through, measuring all the areas to be cleaned, explaining what they would do, moving furniture, etc. I thought the quote was very reasonable, and so I hired them. They did a good job cleaning the carpets, moving most of the furniture and placing squares and plastic sheets under all the legs of the furniture. All in all I was very pleased with the work done. I took off half a star for not calling to say they would pick up the fans the next day, instead of the same day as originally discussed.
