"We are one of a handful of new construction purchases (within the last year). During the build process, they were great to work with. Once we closed, all that changed. We have to run space heaters during the winter months (a brand new home) due to the design of the ductwork and Sussex wouldn't lift a finger, we have flooding at the entrance to our property, and once again, Sussex did nothing. We had fixtures in the wrong place, and some were not what we ordered at all, and guess what? they did nothing!!.. As far as the quality of workmanship, I have no significant reason for criticism. The final product is excellent, complies with code, and provides much better lighting for our future basement bedrooms than what was there before."
