Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. "Excellent job cleaning, very respectful during this pandemic. They wore masks while cleaning for safety which I appreciated. They moved my furniture to clean under pieces, placed blocks under legs. Fans were left for carpet to dry and they returned the following day to remove fans and blocks and return furniture to proper place. My only negative comment is - they were over an hour late on the day we set for the estimate, but I chose them anyway as their price was almost $100.00 less than the competitors."
