"I can’t say enough good things about working with Peter Harris. We had a construction emergency and Peter took care of it skillfully and efficiently. Just after we went under contract to sell a family member’s condo, a water leak ruined the flooring and some cabinetry throughout the home. Immediately we struggled to work with the insurance company and find a contractor. Sourcing a reliable craftsman in Bozeman’s market seemed nearly impossible, and if we didn’t get the damage fixed quickly and competently, the water was likely to cause even more damage and we may have lost our buyer. I went up the ladder at the company to try and get help. I received an apologetic and hopeful conversation and was "put on the schedule" for 4 months out. I called them 4x after 3 months of waiting to make sure I was still on the schedule. None of my calls weren't returned. I then emailed and got a reply that I actually wasn't on the schedule and wouldn't be until "spring." In Montana, that could be f-ing July. I cannot move back into my home until this project is done and Ranger wasted 4 months of my life and patience when I could have called other companies."
