My son and I bought a house in Bozeman. Darren converted a basement utility room into a beautiful secondary kitchen. He was easy and straightforward to work with and we were thrilled with the results. A couple of years later, my son had a refrigerator leak that caused extensive damage to the kitchen upstairs and downstairs. This incident was compounded by a back up in the downstairs sewer line ruining the bathroom tile and flooring in the in several rooms downstairs. A restoration company I had been working with totally ignored us for months! In desperation, I contacted Darren and he stepped right in and came to our rescue. He communicated effectively and quickly with our insurance agent and with us. He restored all the areas in a matter of weeks to new condition. I can’t recommend Darren enough. Finding Darren Kane of Kane Carpentry was great fortune for us. We had an immediate and growing need for improving our interiors. We purchased a log cabin that had great bones and potential, but it need quite a bit of work. And we wanted to get started right away. It was Darren and his trustworthy subcontractors that executed and make it elegant. He had great sources and Bozeman for materials. He has great relationships with vendors. His pricing was fair. The job increased almost weekly as we added more tasks, but Darren would rethink and strategize how everything could be managed and accomplished. It was a huge scope and a small amount of time and Darren made it happen. We would definitely recommend him and his team. I hope to work with him again.
