"First step was to pressure wash the second floor (exterior) of my house to remove the loose paint.  The chipped areas were then sanded to help feather in the rough edges.  Oil based primer was applied.  Then a top coat was added.  Facial board and eaves were painted a different color as well as shutters.  Site clean-up was excellent.
