"Hard to say.  They were e professional responsive and courteous.  We ran into some trouble while they were performing the tune up.  My computer overheated and I had to take it to a.local shop.  Turns out I needed a new fan and a hard drive.  So the remote tune up.was.never really completed.  Not the fault of this company though.

"Had to cancel because one TV always froze after about 5 minutes, and they were never able to fix it.   They did try several times and let us out of the contract since they could not provide full service.  I would gladly use them again if they could figure out that technical problem, which apparently is rare in their experience.

He really gave the machine a work out checking all the dark corners for trouble.  And further,  asked if there was anything that could be improved with regard to the service.  Mr. Caughman impressed me as a top IT professional who is clearly used to high pressure business environments with focus on results. Excellent. The whole process took about an hour and saved who knows how much trouble.  Very high value.
