"I posted the plumbing need on Sunday late afternoon and almost immediately had a response from David at Mayan!! After a few texts and photo exchanges, we scheduled a time to connect on Monday. To drain a broken toilet, place towels or plastic sheeting around the base in case of splashing or overflowing.
