"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"I called Choice Home Warranity on a Sunday, CHW made an appointment for a AC Tech to come on Monday from Bay Town H/AC Panama City, FL.. CHW approved the replacement of my compressor on Tuesday. Bay Town arrived on Wednesday at 8:30 AM with new compressor. Excellent service from Choice Home Warranty. They did an excellent job choosing Bay Town H&AC. I would recommend CHW and Bay Town to everyone! STARS TO ALL!! This is during Covid19. I am a high risk patient and must be at home. With Florida temps in the high 90s, CHW and Bay Town understood my situation. Thank you!"

Along the way he made suggestions that ultimately led to a better job that was completed is a shorter time and under budget! He did a whole home remodel that was previously destroyed by renters. Job was done on the date promised, in the time span estimated and at the price quoted. The two man team properly braced the porch roof before tearing the old column out. They built the new column on site. The team removed all tear down debris as well as the trash from the construction phase (a really big plus in my book since I have had other contractors leave their trash for me to clean up.) The contractor asked for a deposit before they began and the balance after the work was completed. I marked them down on punctuality since they told me that they would be here at 9:00 but it was 90 minutes later before they arrived and another 30 minutes before they started work. As I said above, the work completion was promised for the end of the day and they met that.

"My late husband built our 30-year-old, 2,800 sq. ft. cedar-sided home.  The exterior had deteriorated to the point of no return. In addition to the siding, the roof needed to be replaced, as well as the cloudy double-pane windows.  Robert Manos, with G & M Construction, replaced the roof with dimensional shingles (and a metal-roof on the porch--metal roofs being their specialty), replaced the cedar with Hardy ColorPlus siding, replaced all the windows, added a beautiful deck, poured a stoop and sidewalk, laid ceramic tile in my kitchen and around the stone fireplace.  They even patched walls, and patched and sprayed ceilings where needed throughout the house.  My favorite project was a custom cedar ceiling in the breakfast room.  I had wanted to reuse a portion of the salvageable cedar from the exterior.  Robert and his crew painstakingly planed the curling, grayed boards to my satisfaction, beveled the edges for a finished look, and the rough, ugly, old cedar was transformed into a beautiful ceiling, in homage to my late husband's love of that natural wood.  This entire experience of working with Robert and his crew was such a blessing.  They are honest, hard-working, perfectionistic craftsmen.  A process that might have been tedious and challenging was instead brought to a close with a bond of friendship and respect.  I can not recommend this crew more highly."
