"Greg  came out and they would do during the installation such as puttint up dry wall so they have something to attach the door opener to.  They used the dry wall that I had which was the way I wanted it.
When Jim came out to install the garage door he called me when he was leaving Meridian and told me approximately when he would arrive.  He was very punctual as was Greg.  Jim installed the door just as was discussed.  It took him most of the day as this was an odd size door.  Jim was very plesant and knowledgable about the products and told me what he was doing and why he was doing things the way he was doing them.  I have a tendency to ask a lot of questions about what is going on and he answered every question I had.
When he was finished he explained the operation of the door and how to program the outside key lock as well,  He told me if I had a questions in the future do not hesitate to call.  Jim was very thorough about making sure he picked up any mess he has made. 
I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.  In fact I am going to talk to them about the insullation in my home late on.

"They gave me very good service. They made sure to enclose the attic space so the impact on the household was minimal. The personnel were very pleasant to deal with. When I had to have the old insulation removed, they did the work quickly and cleanly. There was no residue in the house. I recommend them highly."

"They did a very good job with the roof and the addition that came off the house and covered the deck. The only reason I gave them a B rating for quality instead of an A has to do with the finishing touches on the addition. All around the house the soffit fascia is covered in white sheet metal. When they finished the addition, which follows the roof line of the back of the house. They left it with bare, untreated wood. They don't use treated lumber because it reacts with the metal roofing and some corrosion may result. That's fine, but they should have at least covered it so that it tied in with the rest of the roof line. As we did our final inspection, I asked about the wood being treated and he explained why they don't use it. I said " so I guess I'll have to cover it?" He said that I would. I was leaving town on business in a couple days and had a lot going on, so I guess I just didn't think to put my foot down and insist they do it. Here in Mobile, Alabama we are the wettest city in the nation. We get more annual rainfall than Seattle, and it's humid. Wood rot happens.I went and bought some Thompson's Water Seal, and some sheet metal and took care of it myself. I have some pictures, but I don't see how to post them on this review page. The workers were very polite and cleaned up very well each day.

My attic was at 160 degrees during the summer I have dropped it down to 85 to 90 . Do not worry about your old insulation being removed your attic will become a conditioned space left over insulation will result in moisture that you don't want in your attic .Great job guys best of luck to you ."
