"quick and easy. toilets draining very slowly, previous pump of tank from other vendor did not remove solids so tank filled up in 4 months again because old field failed (inadequate size). so thigpen put in additional smaller tank with pump to send to the ditch. came out next day after i called to diagnose, then back in a few days to dig and install. it took two guys over a few hours and problem solved. price as expected. guys professional and friendly. would use again."

"At 6PM on a Wednesday night (with my husband out of town on business and a child sick with the flu) we discovered that the shower water wouldn't drain.  Upon further inspection we noticed water in an addition bathtub that hadn't been used recently.  The problem was due to the treatment plant being full and needing to be drained.  Talk about BAD TIMING!  I first tried calling another company that was listed in the phone book and advertised 24 hour service to see if they could come take care of the problem.  They informed me it would be the next morning sometime before they would even come out.  Having a sick child, that wasn't an option for us.  I called ABC Septic, and they came to the rescue!  They were currently on another job when I called, but I was informed they could be here around 7:30PM.  They called shortly before they arrived to let me know they were on their way.  They were EXTREMELY professional!  They drained the treatment plant and had me to run water in all the bathrooms to make sure everything was draining properly.  They checked the treatment plant and system for problems and found a broken part on the aerator.  They were here for around an hour and a half.  The total charge for draining the 1300 gallon tank was $325.  They didn't even charge me any type of after hours fee.  It's hard to find such an exceptional company like this one, and I'm so glad I did.  I'll never use anyone else but them!!!

Joe came in, inspected the sink to determine how to resolve my issue, took out the tool (snake apparatus) to clear the sink, and departed my premises within 15 minutes. "For a while, I was really always it seems that anytime I needed something, I couldn't get it timely. The first they would ask, for instance, when my air conditioning went out I had them and it's well have you maintained it. The application being that if you couldn't produce maintenance records they weren't going to do it. So on air conditioner was unhappy. They shocked me . I had a recent leak inside the loft. They sent somebody out here. They really did a good job on it. They were timely. A leak within the draining system inside the wall, I was getting water damage down the wall. They sent a plumber out. He opened up the wall and replaced the piping in there and then patched the wall back up. They don't do finish work on their patch up but hey do the patch. He was a pretty sharp young man. He was responsive. He came and he needed some things. he went and got them. He came right back. That was one that I was wondering if they were even going to do caus they'd been going on for a while. It was a drainage pipe in the wall. It was a manufacturing defect that had probably leaked from some early years of the home and got progressively worse until I could hear it. Actually when I would turn on the water on a certain faucet I could hear it drip down onto a fireplace. That's how I knew what it was. They don't do the finish. You do the finish. They do the patch. The only reason I kept them was because they showed me a different face with that repair. Before it seemed like everything you wanted they had a reason not to do it."
