They listened to what I had to say about what the problem was and they included a warranty so they may come back if there are any issues. They did a good job! As for the quality of service and value for my money, these questions cannot be answered until the chimney has gone through a period of heavy rain to see if the leak has been stopped. Therefore, that rating is provisional, since I have no reason to think the quality is not good but I have to reserve my answer until we have extensive rain. "The removal and replacement of the roof was done in a timely and professional manner. I have used this company for other jobs in the past and was always impressed with their work. The problem I had on this occasion was post replacement. The first storm after the roof was replaced produced a leak in one of the bedrooms. They were quick to check and repair the problem, but the leak left a stain on the ceiling which needs to be touched up. Six months and numerous tries later, I can still not get the company to send someone to touch this up. With my wife and I attempting to sell our house, it looks like we will need to hire someone to do what this company should have done. Like I said before, I had good experiences on prior jobs, but this one will make me hesitant to use them again or recommend them to anyone else."

"They came in, all polite, kind workers - and they worked like an army from the time they arrived to the time they left. The difference in them and the other workers I had in the past was remarkable. First of all, they don't talk on cell phones. They get on ladders and clean everything from the base boards to the ceiling fans, windows, refrigerator etc.  They will do just about anything you ask them to do. But if you don't ask them to do anything, they know what needs to be done and they don't fool around, they get it done. When finished, I noticed a big difference in my house -  unlike I had experience with the former cleaners I used. I would hire them again. I wish I could afford to hire them more often,"
